Every year all municipalities in Bulgaria have to plan which will be the priorities for the coming year, based on that analysis and future income calculations, the financial support of the central government and the resources that they can collect by their own, then they prepare their budget.
Each year the Municipal Budget has to be discuss and approved by the municipal council.
