Name and nationality:
Salvatore Omar Celauro , Italian (Sicily)
Tell us a bit about you and what you do
In Italy I was a soldier, after the army I finish my university but the passion about food always in my blood, I had a lot of chances to stay in Italy and collaborate in our family farm, where we still produce extra virgin olive oil, but I´m an ambitious person and always wanted something mine.
For years I got experience with customer service and manager in a resort in Greece and there born the desire to open my own place, I love to have contact with people, make them happy and be the difference.
I came in Veliko Tarnovo thanks to my wife Tonislava and stayed here, during the first two years i was walking around and searching what was missing in this town… Finally, I reach the conclusion it was me !!!!
I start my adventure selling the family extra virgin olive oil, at the same time I always cook for friends, in the parties that we organize, and Italian private catering.
Then slowly and step by step……. We open our Italian bistro in Veliko Tarnovo …. what was really missing …… quality and original products.
