That’s the name of the Bulgarian regulation for foreigners, and the law that explains how non-Bulgarian citizens shall enter, reside in and leave the Republic of Bulgaria, their rights, and obligations, the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act (click the link to check the info in pdf file.) And explains in English language and in detail (57 pages in total) all circumstances and possibilities for a foreigner can move, stay and reside in Bulgaria.
